The majority of the debenture holders agree at 94% to convert at a lower price. It will be the average of five days. This is very important since Aurora wouldn't have the money to pay the debentures in March. It will create more dilution than expected but this is a lot, and I mean a lot better than a toxic financing. It doesn't mean they would had to do so (toxic financing) but it was one of my worry. I was out of the market but I took position in three MJ companies including Aurora today. I will buy more on weakness. Let's face it, it will take longer than anticipate but as new stores open, more people will buy legit. Also the mayor of Medicine Hat is ready to support Aurora with a tax break that Aurora didn't even asked for yet, because MJ is not included in the agricultural tax break.
If there is oversupply, it is because there isn't enough stores. As new stores are open, more people will buy legit. It will take many more months than expected. They will open a few stores on the Native reserve in Ontario which is a very good news. It is obvious that the black market was florishing over there. There will be a special status to facilitate the opening of these stores on the reserve.
The black market will never be killed completely, and I have no problem with that. Though, it will take longer to replace the black market as the main supplier.
