Heavenly RX and medical applications of cannabis plant compounds.  Two things got my attention, their affiliatoin with GreenLight medicines..."proprietary" cannabis strains and their link to Israel. Im not recommending the company but only that there is work being done to harness cannabinoids in disease treatment.  So imho, there is a quiet race going on here and abroad but WHO has control over the proprietary strains of cannabis plants?  Israel? 

Side Note: Reverse takeover....sometimes that's considered a poor man's IPO but there could be other reasons for it as well.
