The Admission of Mark D.Fowler to Team Apple should not be taken lightly...his experience and court record is worthy of note,especially the number of times he has defended and represented Samsung and won. Might just be a ploy on Apple's part to bluff their way to a 'cheaper' settlement or they might be signalling their intention that they are ready for battle...optimist's to the former corner....McKool et al to the latter corner...GLTA
