NEPT and royalties to IFF...how that does royalty payment

structure change when the extractor involved is no longer NEPT but using formulations of flavored, scented, colored technology co-developed between NEPT and IFF for CBD infused products?

Will NEPT then have the ability to collect royalties from other extractors or turnkey solution providers?

I'm just asking the question because NEPT can't pay royalties to itself as a party to working with IFF.

"Neptune will record revenues from product sales and in turn will pay a royalty to each of IFF and App Connect associated with the sales of co-developed products(2) ."
