Thoughts on terrible price action?

Thoughts on terrible price action?Ok... so what are we thinking team?  Just end of year tax-loss selling?  Prep for another financing (doubtful given results forthcoming over the next 90 days)? Just the usual manipulation by the usual culprits?  

I have spoken to the company and they keep saying everything is progressing as they expected on all projects... That of course can be interpreted any number of ways although I'm going to go with glass is half-full... for now.
