Why did EMH management wait until this came out to respond?
What will a $7.2 million dollar hit do to EMH and what about the next quarter shortfall.... will they even meet payroll?  I can see employees getting spoked.

Folks, you mneed to ask yourself...

- why isn't there any huge insider buying going on?  They are likely selling!
- why isn't there any interest in partnering?
- why no takeover attempts if this is such a bargain?
- why no news releases.... cause their is no news.... Oh wait, there is news, they owe $7.2 MIllion!!!
