Wow, what a PR today! The market is still sleeping. The news today almost completely de-risks our Company, in my view.
Valkor - the people who built our plant - are so confident in our tech that they are willing to accept $750,000 in Petroteq stock, instead of a million dollars in cash! Think about that! What is that telling you?
Then we have the CEO of the biggest oil company in the Ukraine joining our advisory board. Is Dr. Rollins some chump who just fell off the turnip truck, and he's fallen for our snake oil? Just like David Sealock and Dr. Jerry Bailey did before him? Is it the case that all these guys, with decades and decades of experience and towering reputations in the oil sector, were just bamboozled by Alex and "scam company Petroteq"? (as one internet commenter calls us, from his momma's basement)
Do you really believe that? If so, I have a bridge to sell you!
Things are all coming together nicely now. Early in the new year, we achieve consistent production and sales of 1,000 bpd of high quality, low sulfur, heavy oil. This income obviates the need for anymore dilution to pay our bills. Then, we commission a reserve report to categorize our 170 million barrels of resources in the ground, which should give us a value around half a billion dollars.
Then, we borrow the money for the Asphalt Ridge expansion, and so the additional 3,000 bpd module gets paid for with debt instead of dilution. Meanwhile, Valkor breaks ground on their new plant that uses our tech, and therefore they have to cut us a check for a million dollars (per our licensing agreement with them).
All the above takes us out two years. (Of course, at some point we also uplist to the NSDAQ). Then, with Asphalt Ridge showing off our tech to the world at the rate of 4,000 bpd, we use the int'l connections of Dr. Rollins and others to lock down licensing deals for us all over the world - esp, China, Jordan, Khazakstan, and Trinidad (I leave out Venezuela, even though the geology there is perfect, due to the political situation there. Maybe someday..,the oil isn't going anywhere). When those deals get up and running, our business model becomes going to the mailbox and cashing royalty checks!
And that's just what (imho) is already planned and baked into the cake. We still have two additional wild cards for our future prospects:
1. The recycling of used asphalt roofing shingles into salable bitumen products (haven't heard much about this in awhile, but we know our scientists have been pursuing this in the lab. I'm sure we'll be hearing more about this in future. If we succeed, and it's economical, I wouldn't be surprised if recycling those shingles becomes required by law. Another licensing opportunity!)
2. The possibility that environmental concerns may force the massive Canadian oil sands industry to start switching over to our tech. No more toxic tailings ponds! And our process is much less energy intensive (and therefore cheaper) anyway. So it's win-win. Just imagine the potential of this market, as Canada has by far the biggest oil sands deposits in the world!
So that's where we stand. Crazy that you can still get in at these prices. I expect that to change - and change dramatically - in the near term. Good luck to all longs, here's to an exciting 2020!
P.S. Teak, I am now ready to issue a prediction on the share price. I predict that at year-end 2021 (so, two years from now) we will be at $5 per share U.S. What say you? And do you currently own any shares?
All the above my opinion only.
