RE:RE:My head hurts

RE:RE:My head hurtsI guess being long for so long, every time it goes above $4 I keep thinking fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... fool me the 3rd time.... well let's not go there!!!!

I agree with you on the war seems to be coming to an end. I'm still a bit on the fence without any guidance at this point to Mittleman's and Frischer's plans going forward.  I guess that's the hold portion at this point.

I agree with you on the tax loss portion and had to go back and take another look at the Formal Valuation.  It didn't seem to be in the numbers but in the notes on page 22 there is this explanation...

Tax
The Company has operating and capital tax losses that it may be able to utilise in the future. Based
on discussions with Management, Alexander Capital understands that there is uncertainty as to
whether the Company would be able to materially utilise such losses to shelter tax costs in the
foreseeable future. Further, such tax losses may expire or be materially diminished upon a change of control of the Company. Accordingly, Alexander Capital has attributed no value to these losses in
arriving at the fair market value of the Shares.

Hmmmmm  Still have a head ache
