The first part of that is essentially what I posted, so we agree. The second part (complicated?), I'm not sure about because ultimately Hepalink, Eastern and Don will want some sort of liquidity event at some point. Hepalink and Eastern have the shares to drive board seats and all shareholder votes. They have the majority. The only question to be settled is "how do we maximize shareholder value?" meaning return to Hepalink and Eastern. As long as Don and H & E are in agreement, its simple, in my humble opinion.
