RE:RE:SettlementIf we don't have a CEO in place by end of Q1, this solidifies your theory of a sale of the company.

Anyway, I don't think anything will happen before we have more clarity on Apple. 

And perhaps Apple themselves will buy QTRH and get it over with. 

500M$ for Apple to buy QTRH is1$ per share in AAPL stock price (in terms of market CAP on the Apple current stock price) so it's a drop in the bucket for them.
