If it's not over within 3 days, legislation will force workers back tno work. They won't let the Canadian economy tank.

Cap, please explain just how that will work under your timeline considering the fact that the House is not scheduled to re-convene until December 5th?
The Paid Pumpers are out in full force today!

By reconvening earlier of course. Are you obtuse or just pretending to be ?

Actually, Trudeau has clearly stated that he will not reconvene Parliamnet until December 5th! The main reason is that he still does not have the NDP on his side and any legislation regarding Back to Work for the CN employees will be defeated by the opposition, triggering a new election!
It looks to me like Nedstar71 is the obtuse one here!
A prolonged rail strike will simply result in Chemtrade having no more avenues open and cutting the distribution.
