Re: record high short position.

The info posted on shortdata.ca is an aggregate of short volume and the 15 day reporting period ending Nov 17 showed 1.3 Million shares shorted on volume of 3.1 Million total trading volume. You are correct in the % of shares traded may be at record high in relationship to trading volume.

There have been periods in the past when the short trading has been well in excess of 2 Million per two week period.

I notice you use Stockwatch.com for your brokerage positions. They also report on the short volume and their figures do not jive at all with the figures shown at shortdata.ca.
