Looney, you are absolutely right.........................this is such a mess.............that the company will have to demonstrate that the company has a coherant and competent plan with people and funding as well, then pay the fines necessary for reinstatement............... a restructioning must take place as the old structure is morally and financially bankrupt...................as soon a Peter comes to grip with this ................he then could open a door for real change................until then...........we wait...................the pressure mounts with each day of delay, and  creditors circle the remnants like vultures looking for what ever they can pick at..........sooner or later ...............change will come !
