The US is NOT moving forward with legalization. So far, it's just the House making noise. The Senate has done ZILCH with it. Eventually, it will pass (as all things will) but the illegal market is so big and impossible to control that revenues will remain a pie in the sky.

Building a huge GH is not the end. They need to sell and be profitable.
