Even though he will now get voted back in at the next annual meeting as there is probably some agreement with Mittleman and Frischer to that effect, all of us retail slobs should still vote against him anyway to remind him that he is dependant solely on their good graces for the years to come. He basically held the company hostage in order for him to maintain his own employment. Deplorable.
