RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More DEALS, DEALS, DEALSA $40 million market cap is not far from where we've been trading for years. I do believe there is share price manipulation and bracing myself for bad news. The market is pricing in the risk of losing everything. Biggest clue is Core pushing to have the vertex debt transferred to Titan. WHY? At this stage in the game? On the one hand, try to act impartial and tell shareholders not to tender. Go through this strategic review, and extend it with 'latecomers', then announce that we really need Titan to own more shares right before getting a whole bunch of money from deep pockets? Something stinks.

I have not yet sold. But bracing myself for bad news.
