It would seem things are moving ahead, and there are some

It would seem things are moving ahead, and there are some positive point brought forth in yesterday's news release.  One of the more interesting points that gives me pause to ponder is RPC's comments under the heading "United States".  " The Company is in the process of re-negotiating a multi-year distribution agreement with Endurance Lift Solutions ("ELS"). The revised agreement will provide both parties with the ability to accelerate development of the large U.S market. ELS continues to install pumps and order HARPTM inventory parts while this negotiation is in progress".

Now, in the August 21st news release RPC had  this to say "
"The Company is currently in discussions with ELS at their request to extend and enhance its exclusivity agreement."

So, I believe ELS will start manufacturing HARP pumps in the US and RPC will receive a royalty payment.  Since RPC has granted ELS exclusivity for the ENTIRE US Market previously-- for a small investment, I wonder how much leverage RPC has in negotiating.  I suspect NADA.   Hopefully ELS will pay an acceptable deal standard percentage out of the goodness of their hearts.

Anyway, I'll hope for the best and continue to believe that McHardy's and Starks warrant gifts will drive their desire to push business development and increased optics in the investment  World.
