Trading at cash value with EW being carried with no drilling cost expense by NIS / Gazprom on a million acres in Romania. Our share will be 15 percent of revenues. From all the research that we can find, numerous of the wells being tested look positive. Bottom-line, the stock won't go much lower and there is a very good chance that it will go much higher. The other good factor is our previous CEO had questionable ethics (college admission scandal, etc) and after the upcoming election will not be on the BoD. Also a group of who killed the former Weed deal (JuvaLife) initiated by the former CEO, are also voting to remove tbree BoD members who supported him in this deal. With all these things in mind, if we are successful in changing the BoD and these wells are declared commercial, this stock should jump and we all can make a boat load of money.
