Is the amount paid for Quarterly, half yearly or yearly?

Thanks

As per the Q3 financials, in note #11:

"For the nine months ended September 30, 2019, paid $140,610 professional fees to the CFO of the Company (2018 - $70,000)."

That equates to about $186k per year. It also includes bonus compensation so that's not JUST base salary -- I believe the bonus was paid out in Q1 this year. The management information circular filing corroborates this.

I thought Q3 was a great quarter and I look forward to next ones where the growth will certainly continue.

Management has to tighten the belt.
