Yesterday's ELS news release contained the following:
"The addition of the gas lift and plunger lift teams extends the geographic breadth of Endurance Lift Solutions’ artificial lift technology offerings, enables further development of patented and patent-pending solutions,"
 
Now, I'm unfamiliar with the world of patent research, but doing a brief search I found 1 patented product for ELS, which they recently defended against Fiberod .

It seems strange to me that they would specifically mention the wording "enables further development of patented and patent-pending solutions".
