Hi Phanton,

To respond to your post of today, I am not concerned. I do not like it, but I am not concerned.

But of the few posters on GMA, you are the one indicating that you are concerned. Can you explain why?

You also post on November 15, as reproduced below.

Can you tell us why you say that people "do not believe that it will work" and how do you know that?

Can you also indicates why you think tht GMA needs to go back to the market for another private placement while GMA's CEO did not indicate anything to that nature in the recent presentations or in the corporate presentation?

Can you be a bit more explicit on the issues that GMA allegedly had in its "tour"?

Your 2 last posts indicated that you are worried but at the same time, I have a hard time finding supporting evidence to your assertions\claims\questions. Can you be a bit more specific and provide more details or context on what you wrote?

Corporate presentation indicates December 31st and also referred to debt financing. In other words, I do not see any reference to equity financing.

Why hat do you say that people do not believe “that this will work”? Are you referring to the plant? The amount of feeds? The technology in itself? Problem with scaling up?

You also mentioned that Mr. Mugerman had
this issue in his tour. Do you mind giving a bit more
details?
