RE:RE:NEPT issues 2 million warrants to IFF so that

Possibly the formulation could be purchased directly from NEPT if in North America but if the customer is in Asia, Africa, South America, etc, it could then be purchased from a "licensed" distributor and NEPT would possibly share in the royalty with IFF as a joint developed product.

There's going to be patents on all of the work between NEPT and IFF, just like TGOD's "licensed technology".
