RE:original no cash $27.50 offer is now $ 23.300195 per shareya i sold just under 24...a buck less than i was hoping for, but i cant see this holding the price all day, seems like the market is not happy with the merger....happy to get out with a profit after being in and out of this stock for 10 years.GLTA
