RE:Needs a 1 for 10 consolidation

RE:Needs a 1 for 10 consolidationI am trying to understand your logic. IPO has 40 milion shares out and barely trades. The volume is non existant and your suggestion is to reduce the number of shares to 4 milion at a price $5.70 a share. Every time a company consolidated, i lost money, most of it. Because the share price went down from the $5.70 back and close to $0.57.  I know IPO is a good company, they have producing wells, strong balance sheet. Spring will be better!! GLTA
