Instead of owning one share of 1.9 B shares of Kat with $7.6B in debt, you will own the same # of shares, diluted 31"1 with the oppurtunity of buying more at .12. Kat will be nearly ebt free. Total share as of Dec 17th, 61BILLION, priced at .12
There is no upside here. Glencore wins, minority shaareholders are GONE. This will be bought by Glencore... and most likely recsold tp Ghina. China CONTROLS the world cobalt market. They even own the three largest cobalt mines on US soil. Kat will be de-listed before summer.
