It has developed and commercialized its patented wastewater dehydration technology, the ZeroE, which it rents to its customers for use at gas processing facilities and on drilling rigs focused on hydro-sustainability. RE:Personally Shocked

RE:Personally Shockedricardo,
I too am thinking we aren't too far away from a sea change announcement.  Not sure what it will be, but weighing the recent hints we are seeing, I would expect a much-expanded agreement with ELS whereby they'll begin manufacturing HARPS for the US Market, paying a royalty to RPC.  OTOH, they could simply buyout RPC, they now could easily control the shortened 7 member BOD, with new BOD members, McHardy, Stark, Newman, and Kehoe as a majority voting block.  I doubt McHardy and Stark would take too long to think over a quick doubling or tripling of their warrants in time for XMAS.  ELS must be fretting a bit over their exclusivity as RPC's US distributor, as the HARP gains attention in the industry, and becomes a tasty acquisition target by Major Services companies..  I  expect RPC won't be much cheaper going forward than it is currently, and ELS would be paying dearly if RPC becomes an active target by the likes of SLB or HAL.
