RE:RE:TopDog is rightI know you have significant experience in working in the industry first-hand, but my question is are we sure that it is something that they will never change? For sure, Glencore is a trading company and certainly does a lot of commodity price control. However, if I recall, Glencore has said that they would be willing to sell Katanga to the Chinese "for the right price". Do you think they were lying in that case, even though they were referring to at a significant premium?

I don't know who it was either, but someone also suggested that Glencore may sell to the Chinese if there was a substantial premium, and if they were not able to overcome DRC politics (whereas it was insinuated that China might be able to play politics more fitting for DRC.
