RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BIT Process - Rusoro

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BIT Process - Rusoro Awww... Well, if the Government of Armenia want to accuse Lydian of hidding and falsafying information on the Uranium component of the project, they will have to prove that... Goodluck, with that. I think it's just their way to try and put back some form of pressure. But it's just like a dog barking.

It sure seem like most people from this Documentary are genuinely concerned about the enviromental aspects. But you could be right.

I have a hard time imagining that they could cut the interest of Lydian only to give it away to a group of Russians. But who knows?

If your assumptions are right, the people of Armenia are definitely being fooled. Giving the interest to another foreign group (in this case Russians) would only make the environmental aspect less well managed. I would think Armenians would be smart enough to know but the people setting up the blockades do sure manipulable, uneducated and not too wise.

We'll have to see what happens from here on, but I do believe Lydian has a serious chance at recuperating quite a nice sum from the intrernational arbitration. Knowing that every judgement from the local Armenian tribunals have been in the favor or Lydian and knowing that the get all the required permits, it's hard for Armenia to justify how the project could be halted for so long without some compensation. And knowing that some governement officials have claimed some pretty incriminating statetements in public, I think Lydian should win the arbitration.
