IMEX

IMEXIn case anyone is interested, I contacted IIROC about IMEX shares and was given this info:

Thank you for your inquiry.

IIROC halted IMEX on April 24, 2019 at the request of the Company Pending News.

Since that time the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Cease Trade Order against IMEX.
And the TSX Venture has the shares listed as “Suspended.”

There does not appear to be any news that the reverse take-over has been completed.

Obviously this is from April 24/2019. There are no further updates concerning IMEX.
This information was from a November 13/2019 email.

I mentioned that IMEX shares must now be worthless.....?
IIROC response:
It does not necessarily mean that the stock is worthless, though it could be. Unfortunately, IIROC cannot assist with that determination.
As you are aware, the shares represent ownership of a public company, so the prospects/value of the company itself, and possible other things, will determine the value of the shares.

You may wish to contact the firm where you hold the shares to check if the shares can be traded elsewhere.

Wish there was better news.
Does anyone else have more info?
