EXTENSION TO VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Titan Minerals Limited ("Titan" or "the Company") refers to the ongoing voluntary suspension in the Company’s securities.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests that trading in the Company's securities continue to be suspended.

The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") regarding Titan's takeover bid for Core Gold Inc. It is expected that the suspensions will last until Wednesday, 4 December 2019, or the Company releasing the Announcement, whichever occurs earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reasons why the voluntary suspension should not be granted. Yours sincerely,
