Thanks Tad for that great information. 

So no Vista and liabilities at Tulin still. 

That is a 'sticky wicket' a term quite familiar to our Australian brethren. They are swirling down the toilet in the wrong direction now. I really don't see how that loan can be extended by the debtor now and who in their right minds will give them money now for just liabilities.

I am sure they will try to get some Core shares with their Vertex debt but regulators won't let that pass. 

So what are their options? Declare bankruptcy of course but what else?

Sell their discounted Vertex debt at a major discount to??   Maybe one of the failed bids for Core will pick them up.

This Titan has become the butt of jokes now and by inference our Core board (except Piggot of course) don't look so spiffy either. The shine is definitely gone. 

Just desserts for Titan and our Core board will have to get a good deal now. There's egg on a lot of faces.
