As there's no buy-back scheme, there's no reason to expect higher numbers til the next contract or acquisition is signed. So no point in buying just yet - it's still headed down. You know insiders don't care about day-to-day movements, right? Long term 5 years this is one of the top 50 best performing TSX listed securities. Believe me, they do not care if it dips and have to "support the price".
