I believe the BOD are aware of their likely transient position in a real deal. Getting the 50+% means they need another 74m shares. That means all the insider shares plus Washer plus Pender. As Tad rightly pointed out any insider shares going to Titan would be a serious infringement. With TSXV looking carefully it just won't happen. Besides Javier Washer Pender want real investment returns and not paper promises. Titan is sinking fast.
