I'm very confused

I'm very confusedHad a small investment in the original company Good Life Networks.  The fact they lost $20 million (just like that) when they were promising revenues of that same amount, and they must have known the AD world was changing when concocting this scheme.  The whole story stank as it unfolded, in fact I would say the scheme was almost childish in it's conception.

Back to my headline, I'm very confused as to why nobody has initiated a class action lawsuit against the original directors and some of the current management. We're talking a lot of money involved here, personal assets should be on the line !!!!!!
