Analysis Level 2.......Bid and Ask

Why would anyone be so bold, as to sum up bid and ask for 809k shares on Level 2 and surmise that those analytics bear any relevance to upswing in stock price . More relevant is the news or lack there of, for investors to buy and sell with certainity. Stock price will change in a heart beat either way, so don't embarrass yourself with ......fluffy statements !!
