Remeber, the FDA is not banning CBD, they simply want the clinical data so they can make an informed decision.  I hope SugarLeaf has their FDA registration number printed on their product labels as well so that consumers know it is an approved FDA product.

All the other garbage on the shelves, even at big retailers like Kroger, might have to come off the shelves and into the dumpster.

As the buyer for Kroger, the first thing the buyer should have asked for is proof of FDA approval and that they are puchasing the product from an FDA registered company for human consumption.

The fear factor is a company like Kroger having their name plastered in headlines saying there were selling non-FDA approved products for human consumption.  Not a good marketing theme.
