Hope you realize how luck played a part of it. The news could have came out on December 15th when the SP would have crattered to the 7s by then. 

In any case, your attemps to get anyone to change their mind and vote for the 10.3$ offer was completely useless...

For someone who claimed Catalyst didn't have the ability to save anyone, I would say it probably saved you right there. Hope you give them a call to thank them.

In any case, it's all speculation... We don't see how your buy order terms played out. And I personally don't care, but you have to realize that sometimes you just catch a lucky break. 

If you don't realize that, the market will get you on your knees in no time and have you crying like a little girl.
