Le 26 novembre 2019, suite au depot d'une requete par la societe, la Cour superieure du Quebec a rendu une septieme ordonnance initiale amendee et reformulee afin de:

Prolonger jusqu'au 13 decembre 2019 la suspension des procedures contre Technologies Orbite Inc.

Autoriser un financement interimaire de 320 000 $ et une charge reliee ayant priorite sur les actifs de la Societe.
