Read the link about the Menara Group in another project and about the people they dealt with . It fits the profile on being secret at this time, why they chose a small company to do all the work, and only provide financing . I'm not sure if that's good or bad .. not sure if they are legit. But seems like Menara Group is pretty big and well known
