RE:Imperial Brands invest $123 million at $0.81.. Buy at $0.65?

RE:Imperial Brands invest $123 million at $0.81.. Buy at $0.65?There is nothing to suggest that IB will ever convert the debentures to shares. In the mean time the debentures are nothing more than a 4% interest loan. and by the way the debentures are actually through a subsiduary of IB "NOT IB" directly . Fact! If recent history is anything to go by the fact that xly had to repay the majority of the debentures given the sweet reduction in conversion price ....IB will simply collect their interest over the next three years and then demand their cash back ! And when XLY cant pay they'll own Sunens and Robinsons and everything else .... This is not a company to invest in, Lies , skim jobs and Fukking the shareholders is the game!
