RE:RE:PT Menara: companyI agree with everything Ark except, nothing can be done before JOA is signed. No oil can be produced. The only thing that could come out now if they would release it is the reserve report. Having the JOA signed and press released is what many are waiting on the fence for. Nothing happens without it.
