They have always emailed me back and I have asked them tougher questions about shorting etc. Some things they won't comment on because that's what all corporations do. They cannot give you information that can be misinterpreted so like all companies they refrain from saying anything except the facts they can legally share.

Have you posed as different personalities when contacting them? Perhaps they have got you dialed in and all that's happening is that you're persona no grata. Think about how you socially interact with people? Pretty certain you're a short man who is kind of a d_ick. People who can't stand your constant drone of negativity and probably just avoid you. For myself I just troll you and your friends any chance I get. Returning your negativity.
