RE:Comparing apples & oranges...

RE:Comparing apples & oranges...Yes a very long winded pointless post that repeated what I and others have been saying about the need for the useless "management" to actually do something rather than waiting and hoping.

Ss far as Eagle Ford goes, you claim Baytex can't be valued on the basis of its assets - but go on to say the company faces doom because of its debt. My point and the actual historical evidence supports this - is that based on sales of other Eagle Ford properties and production - that if they were to sell their property they should stand to receive proceeds of 1.9 -2.6 Billion based on production of 39,000 in an are thats deemed to be some of the prime acreage in the location. Even if the were to "settle" for less like 1.6B - it would wipe out the majority of their debt and they would still have 55,00- 60,000 production with Viking, Heavy and Duverney.
Thus putting to rest all the BS company is going bankrupt nonsense once and for all.
If your point this far is that people running the company are a bunch of uncreative, brain dead, greedy sh*tstains - thats another arguement to make.
The assets are in place - managemnet needs to het their heads out of their a** and their mouth away from the trough and actually work and make this right.
