RE:Pot execs shouldn't blame Ontario government for weak sales:Totally agree ... Phillips must have his head in the sand.  It is his and his colleagues blundering that has allowed the black market to contnue thriving in Ontario.  A completely botched store rollout leaves just 24 in operation and he offers this lame excuse/justification and probably expects there's someone out there that believes it.  He abandons the previous plan on one hand and defends it on the other.  There is no reason other than incompetence in the handling of store licences given that Aberta has hundreds in operation.  I believe the maritimes have more stores.

Really pathetic to hear such jibberish from those trusted to run our largest province by population.
