Good call, Wittman. Thomson had a choice to bankrupt in April and he did not. He would have made money by using tax losses so why go forward if he didn't scam all retailers and take a shot at making $5B to get himself to $46B net worth in next few years. I bet they settle the lawsuit at 50 cents/ share and they win big with a payout of $40-50M compared to previous $2.6B market cap.

Even company's that I've had in the past where a lawsuit actually was successful, the common shareholder got pennies on the dollar.
The only thing anyone here will ever get is the satisfaction that this train wreck and it's gang of scumbsags may go bankrupt down the road.
