April 2020

April 2020According to this article https://jam-news.net/195885/ - Lydian will be allowed to get back to the site no earlier than April 2020.

So I am assuming that the blockades are still up.  I guess it will be interesting to see what if anything will change in Apr.....at that time the BIT claim would have been working its way through the process for approx 7 months (Notice was given in March, 2019 - you need to add the cooling off period of 6 months I think) so that would be around 7 months.

So if they do get up to the mine - to start they would be assessing the repairs to the existing equipment and buildings....and come up with some sort of dollar amount for that work.

If full access is then granted - Armenia should be on the hook for that plus the revenue lost for the time period that the mine would have made.  This is just my opinion....it sounds logical - but at this point, jesus - who the hell knows
