NMS- exchange

I bought 50,000 shares at $0.23, the order does not go thru level 2 or tmx, it say's on my cibc reciept, NMS exchnge 50,333 shares for $02298.

I guess my order would have made a difference if it went thru the tsx exchange, pure munipulation right before my eyes.
