The other issues I have that no one seems concerned about is the  Ncib and the deal thru the arms length company run by Peters son. For all we know all the profit in the drosite deal stays in the American company.  This keeps our shares in this .48 to .50 cent range 

I have real concerns about this also as I have been burned in the past by small startup Quebec based companies that look after their family members very well but not shareholders. I hope when they spinout the Additive Manufacturing that they don't make that a private co. run by a family member.
