You keep forgetting that they have outstanding payments due (notice served by Barker) and overdue payments on promissory notes (not Barker related). The sale of OK Falls, if it goes through, even at the lofty price of 16 mill, will not leave any money for mgmt to complete the GH. Not even close. You guys should read the latest pr and listen to the cc again. Jeez.
