RE:RE:Is there something I don't know?Have you ever worked somewhere for 7 months without receiving compensation? You mention about showering him in shares... Is the shower broken? When does this share shower start? Does Rich have to put in another 7 months of work? Does he have to make the share price hit $5 before he gets compensated? Hopefully when the SP is 15x higher than it is now this non public documented "share shower" happens.
I think you get my point. I believe people have a reason to be concerned! I don't know if anyone remembers that insurance commercial with the fisherman having the dollar bills hooked on the end of his hook teasing the insured person saying YOU ALMOST GOT IT! As he keeps pulling the money away... This is how I picture the situation in front of us...

There are a few paranoid individuals who believe that the Daugela brothers (who helped bring in Richard) would for some reason not vote to approve of Rich continuing to help lead this company to the finish line. There is no cause for such concerns. Richard has been here working hard for the last half year or so to get this company moving in the right direction. A man with his resume would not be here if he had ANY concerns about not being adequately compensated.
I'm all for encouraging shareholders to 'get out and vote', but I don't approve of spinning some sort of an us vs. them lie. Sounds too much like the blue vs. red halfwit politics that's been running most first world countries lately. Get out and vote, but understand that this will be a landslide vote in favour of ALL points, as it should be.
We have a superstar in richard(if I must continue wth sports analogies), anyone with something bad to say about his work here so far is speaking from a place of ignorance. Anyone who feels he should have bought shares when he came on board and holds that against him is a fool. You don't attract talent like that and then expect him to pay his way into the company. You shower him with shares and hope he works his magic here like he has everwhere else he's been.
